摘要
目的探讨中剂量阿糖胞苷(middledosecyosinearabinoside,MDAraC)治疗儿童白血病毒副作用的处理及预防措施。方法对16例儿童急性白血病(ALL13例,ANLL3例)在应用MD-Ara-C治疗中的毒副作用给予确诊、分类及相应的处理。结果16例患儿均取得良好疗效,顺利完成含有MDAraC方案的化疗。结论MDAraC治疗儿童急性白血病为患儿获得长期完全缓解(CR)提供了可能,但在应用MDAraC化疗时,毒副作用明显,应做好减少其毒副作用的预防及处理工作,使其化疗顺利完成。
Objective To explore the treatment methods and the preventive measures of the toxic reaction of MD-Ara-C in child leukemia. Methods 16 child patients with acute leukemia （ALL 13 cases,ANLL 3 cases） were treated with MD-Ara-C .Toxic response and effect were diagnosed, classified and treated correspondingly. Results 16 patients were all treated successfully, including MD-Ara-C chemotherapy. Conclusion MD-Ara-C treatment provided a possibility for patients of long-term CR in children acute leukemia, but toxic response and side reaction were obvious during MD-Ara-C chemotherapy. Better preventive measures and teatment should be taken to reduce toxic response and side reaction.
