摘要
唐王朝是我国封建社会经济繁荣发展的鼎盛时期,在海外贸易方面也开创了一个新的时期,设置了市舶使,制定了有关海外贸易的管理规章和制度。泉州作为当时沿海四大贸易港口之一,未有文献明确记载其如同交州、广州一样设有市舶使,但据唐五代时期泉州港在海外贸易中的表现,及有关史料和考古资料相佐证:泉州在唐五代时期亦有了与市舶使职能相近的海外贸易管理机构,只是在设置时间和名称上有所不同。
Tang Dynasty was a period of great prosperity of economic development in national feudal society,had created a new epoch of overseas trade, set port office, and made managerial rules and regulations for overseas trade. As one of four great ports of coastal trade at that times,there was no document that recorded Quanzhou setting port office like Jiaozhou and Guangzhou. According to the appearance, of Quanzhou port in overseas trade at Tang and Five Dynasties,historical records and the data of archeological studies, Quanzhou had set overseas trade organization that was similar to port office at that times, but setting time and name were different.
