摘要
为了对六辊UCMW冷连轧机的板形生成机理、控制性能及控制行为等方面进行深入地研究,针对此机型建立了UCMW冷连轧机辊系与轧件一体化仿真系统。此套仿真系统的建立,为改进板形控制思想和策略,进行板形控制功能的不断优化改进以及将边降控制技术向其它钢种的推广应用奠定基础。因此对实际生产和科研有着重要的意义。
In this paper, a roll system and slab unified simulation system of UCMW Wide Strip Cold Tandem Mills is introduced. Through the research on formation mechanism of strip flatness and control performance of strip flatness control system by means of this simulation system, idea and strategy of control has been developed. The system has great significance on research and practice due to it's benefit to optimization and popularization of strip flatness control system.
