摘要
难治性癫痫是指用目前的抗癫痫药,在有效治疗期间,合理用药仍不能终止其发作或已被临床证实是难治的癫痫或癫痫综合征,因其严重影响癫痫病人的生活质量,是一个临床上没有解决,但必需攻克的问题。本研究通过对确诊的101例难治性癫痫患者进行综合治疗并追踪调查效果,以探讨最佳的难治性癫痫的治疗方案。结果证明,内外康复综合治疗效果优于单一药物或单一手术治疗者。
Intractable epilepsy was defined as those seizures couldn＇ t be controlled by reasonable medication during valid stage of therapy or syndromes confirmed by clinical menifestation as an unsolved problem that must be paid close affention to for it influents the patients life quality seriously. 101 cases of intractable epilepsy were selected for synthetic treatment to observing it therapeutic effect so as to explose a best therapy. The results showed that the therapeutic efficacy was more excellent by the union of internal medicine, surgery and rehabilitative treatment.
