摘要
动作信息自控是个体对自身动作或行为效果的认知并由此所产生的相应应答行为的自我心理信息调控反应过程。在教学训练中,心理反应是一种十分重要的心理机制。动作信息自控训练法是在操作学习过程中,对已经形成的操作性运动技能进行反复的强化的精细加工,在骨骼肌反应的操作性学习时,通过反馈所得到的信息加工,使运动技能的学习效果得到进一步强化。运用动作信息自控训练法对军事体育专业学员学习、掌握军事攀登技术水平进行研究,发现该方法的训练效果明显优于“完整-分解”教学法。
The movement information self-controlling is a kind of psychological response process which individual has cognized himself behavior effect. In teaching or training process, feedback is a kind of important psychological mechanism. “movement information self controlling training method” could treat fine and strengthen reduplicative the operation sports technic ability which had been formed in operational study process. It could strengthen more study effect of sports technic ability through the processing information which was acquired by informationt feedback. This method was used in the study and grasp of military climb comportment technic level of military physical education students. It was found that the training effect of this method was obviously excelled with “integrity- analysis” training method.
