摘要
为探讨空气负离子对免疫功能的影响及其作用机理,用雄性小鼠132只,随机分为6组。1、2、3组皮下注射生理盐水0.2ml,4、5、6组皮下注射环磷酰胺100mg/kg;2、5组和3、6组分别暴露于不同浓度的空气负离子[(10±5)×1010个/m3和(50±5)×1010个/m3],每d2次,每次2h。在实验进行至15d时,各组随机处死一半动物,在30d时,处死另一半动物;测定动物脑组织5-羟色胺含量、中性白细胞吞噬率、血清溶菌酶、白细胞总数、E-玫瑰花结率等指标。结果显示:①染毒组吸入空气负离子后,脑组织中5-羟色胺含量显著降低(P<0.05);②空气负离子能减轻环磷酰胺对动物免疫功能的抑制作用。结果提示:空气负离子对异常的免疫功能有一定恢复作用,而对正常的免疫功能影响不明显。
To determine the effect of negative air ions on the immunological function and their biological mechanisms,132 healthy male mice were divided into 6 groups at random.The control groups A,B and C were injected with 0.2 ml of normal saline hypodermically;and the experimental groups D,E and F received cyclophosphomidum(CY)100 mg/kg in the same way as that in groups A,B and C.Groups B and E and groups C and F were exposed to the negative air ions of various concentration[(10±5)×1010 ions/m3 and(50±5)×1010 ions/m3]twice a day,for 2 hours each time.On the 15th day of the experiment,half of the mice in each group were sacrificed at random.On the 30th day,the other half were killed.5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)in the brains of the mice was measured.In addition,the rate of phagocytosis of the neutralleukocytes,serum lysozyme,WBC,the E-rose forming rate,etc were determined.The results showed that the negative air ions can decrease the contents of 5-HT in the brains of the poisoned mice,that the negative air ions can reduce the inhibitory effect of CY on immunological function.The results indicate that negative air ions have an antagonistic action to the immunosuppression effect of CY on mice,but no significant effects of negative air ions on the normal immunological function of mice are found.
