地产龙虾壳甲壳素的提取和壳聚糖的制备 被引量:16

摘要 目的:以地产龙虾壳为原料,探讨其甲壳素的提取和壳聚糖的制备方法,以开发壳聚糖制备的新原料资源。方法:用脱蛋白、除钙、脱色、脱乙酰基、纯化等方法制备壳聚糖,研究其壳聚糖的脱乙酰度、分子量等性质,并与市售生化级壳聚糖的红外光谱进行比较。结果:地产龙虾壳中的甲壳素和壳聚糖的产率分别为14.8%和8.9%;龙虾壳聚糖的红外光谱与市售生化级壳聚糖的图谱基本一致;其它技术指标与文献记载基本一致。结论:用本法从地产盱眙龙虾的虾壳中提取甲壳素和制备壳聚糖工艺设备简单,操作简易,具有较强的推广性;地产盱眙龙虾的虾壳含甲壳素较高,是一种制备壳聚糖不可多得的天然资源,值得开发利用。 Objective:With the local lobster shell as the raw material, we inquire into the abstraction and preparation of chitin and chitosan to develop a new raw material resources for chitosan. Methods:Use methods such as take off protein, calcium, colour, deacetylate and purification to prepare chitosan to study deacetylate degree, molecular weight and other characters of chitosan,then compare with infrared spectrum of bio-chemical chitosan on market. Results:The chitin and chitosan obtained from lobster shell are 14.8% and 8.9%, respectively. The infrared spectrum of chitosan between local lobster and lobster on sale is consistent. The other technical indexes are also accordance with document. Conclusion: Use methods such as taking off protein, calcium, colour,deacetylate and purification to abstract and preparing chitin and chitosan from Xuyu's local lobster shell. The technology, equipments, operation are simple and have strong popularization. The chitin abstracted from Xuyu's local lobster shell is rather high, it's a natural resources to prepare chitosan and is worth to exploit and utilize.
