摘要 目的:探讨即刻种植的临床应用效果及其技术特点。方法:27例40颗牙位在拔除患牙后即刻种植, 按照Athorgy种植系统相应的植体窝洞制备程序制备植体窝洞,植入种植体,对骨缺损以Bio-Oss骨粉或Bio-Oss 骨粉加自体骨颗粒植入修复,观察6-29个月。结果:40个种植体中1个脱落,其余均骨结合良好,占97.5%。即刻种植体的早期应用效果较好。结论:上颌前牙区即刻种植体植入方向应参考天然牙的方向,并结合缺牙区牙槽骨的量和形态选择植入方向;Bio-Oss骨粉在即刻种植修复骨缺损的初期效果是理想的。 Objective: To investigate the clinical results and therapeutic methods of immediate dental implants. Methods: This study consisted of 21 patients who received 40 implants after teeth extractions. Bio- Oss or autogenous bone were transplanted to repair alveolar defect. Six months later, if the implant were stable, abutment fixition and denture repairing were carried out. Results: Besides one implant failure and the success rate was 97.5%. Conclusions: The clinical outcome of immediate implants is satisfacty and encouraging, but it is very important to control the indication and difficult to choose the direction of implants at anterior teeth area.
