摘要
该文分别建立了某履带车辆半主动油气悬挂系统中用于实现系统阻尼可调的电磁比例节流阀的流量特性、刚度特性以及工作稳定性的数学模型,并根据电磁比例节流阀的实际工作环境,以MATLAB/SIMULINK作为仿真平台,对电磁比例节流阀的稳态特性进行了仿真,得到了电磁比例节流阀在不同开口时的流量特性曲线、刚度特性曲线和工作稳定性曲线,并对仿真结果进行了分析,分析结果对于优化电磁比例节流阀的设计参数、分析悬挂系统的阻尼特性以及改进悬挂控制系统的设计均有重要的指导意义。
Math models are established for flow properties,stiffness properties and stability of the electromagnetic proportion throttle, which can accommodate the damping of hydro - pneumatic suspension system on a certain type tracklayer. According to the actual working condition, the software MATLAB/SIMULINK can be used to simulate static properties of electromagnetic proportion throttle. Curves can be plotted about flow properties, stiffness properties and stability at different flux. The results are significant for optimizing design parameters of electromagnetic proportion throttle, analyzing the damping properties of hydro - pneumatic suspension system and developing the control system.
