摘要
探讨高职院校教师应具备的素质,高职教师应具备德育为范的思想政治素质,爱岗敬业、宽厚热情的 职业道德素质,崇高为师的业务素质,科学进取的心理素质,优化健康的身体素质。
This article discusses the makings of teachers in higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational teachers should be good examples of moral education, love their profession and committed to it, generous and warmhearted, keep forging ahead and physically healthy.
