摘要 大电流整流装置目前普遍采用模拟电路控制饱和电抗器来调节电流,但模拟电路元件多,使得调试工作量大,控制精度低,故障率高,已严重影响了铝电解企业的正常生产。将目前较为先进的工业用PLC应用到稳流系统中,有效地实现了直流电流的高精度控制。 The current has been adjusted by analogous circuit controlling saturation reactance in the heavy current rectifier device. The debugging work is more and harder, controlling precision is lower and failure rate is higher because analogous circuit has a lot more component to exist, a serious influence has been exerted in normal production of aluminium electrolysis factories. The direct current has been controlled accurately and steadily using advance Programmable Logic Controller in industrial in constant current system.
