摘要
目的观察锌、硒对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血液、血脂代谢紊乱的调节作用。方法将74例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者按年龄、性别、病程、并发症及酶法测得的空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖及血脂情况进行配对后分为4组,分别补充锌、硒,并于补充60天、150天用酶法测定其空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖及血脂,结果进行统计学处理。结果实验组血糖、血脂明显降低,同对照组相比,其差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论锌、硒可以调节糖尿病患者的糖、脂代谢紊乱。
OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of Zinc and Selenium on metabolism of blood-sugar and blood-lipid in NIDDM patients. METHODS According to ages, weight, sex, etc, seventy-four patients are divided into four groups, and supply the three groups with Zince and Selenium separately, one of the three groups could choose one of the materials at random or both of them.Mter 60 days and 150 days, we measure FBG, PBG and blood-lipid by enzyme method, then the results should be managed by statistics. RESULTS The blood-glucose and blood-lipid of the tested group are down greatly, comparing with the observed one, the differences have significant meaning. （P〈0.05） CONCLUSION Zinc and Selenium can regulate the metabolic disorder of the sugar and lipid of the NIDDM patients.
