摘要
目的测定苦丹滴丸中丹参素的含量.方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱,流动相为0.5%磷酸-甲醇(85:15),波长为280 nm.结果丹参素在8.16~65.28μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.61%,相对标准偏差为1.13%.结论该方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于苦丹滴丸的质量控制.
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of tanshinol in Kudan Drop Pill. method HPLC method ( spectrum column: Kromasil C18; mobile phase:0.5% phosphoric acid- methanol at the ratio of 85: 15; wavelength: 280 nm) was adopted. RESULT Within the range of 8.16 - 65.28μg, tanshinol assumed fine linear relation, the average recovery rate was 99.61% and the relative standard deflexion was 1.13 %. CONCLUSION This method is simple, reliable and accurate and can be used in the quality control of Kudan Drop Pill.
