摘要
本研究对4个水稻品种(系)于灌浆期进行比常温低5℃的处理,结果表明:碾米品质及外观 品质都有不同程度的变化,品种不同,品质变化的幅度也不同。整精米率和垩白大小、垩白米率受 低温的影响较大。
Four rice varieties (lines) were treated under low temperature during grain filling stage in phytotran. The experiment result indicated that the milling and appearance quality changed under low temperature. The head yield, chalk size and chalk rice rate were greatly affected by low temperature
