摘要
以CuO/纳米载体催化苯酚羟基化反应(30%H2O2为氧化剂),考察了载体和CuO负载量对反应的影响。结果表明以纳米水滑石(HT)为载体的催化剂活性最高;以400℃下焙烧1 h的CuO/HT为催化剂(苯酚质量的2%),于75℃反应2 h,苯酚的转化率为27.98%,双氧水的有效利用率达55.96%。
CuO/nano-supporters were investigated using phenol hydroxylation with 30% H2O2 aqueous solution as a probe reaction. The results indicated that nano-hydrotalcite(HT) was a good supporter. The effect of CuO amount on the catalytic activity of CuO/HT was studied. It was shown that the activities of CuO/HT were higher than those of the other CuO/nano-supporters. Phenol conversion and effective utilization ratio of H2O2 reached 27. 98% and 55. 96% respectively, when using CuO/HT( calcined at 400 ℃ for 1 h, 2% of phenol mass) as a catalyst at 75 ℃ for 2 h.
