摘要
利用TiC l4气固相法,以含硅物质为原料,制备了7种钛硅氧化物类催化剂,并考察了其在H2O2环氧化氯丙烯反应中的催化活性。实验结果表明:只有以HZSM-5为载体制备的催化剂具有催化环氧化活性。酸处理HZSM-5对催化剂活性的影响并不大,分子筛的硅铝比和气固相反应时间是影响其催化活性的重要因素,且催化活性随着硅铝比的降低而降低。气固相反应时间16 h时,催化剂的活性最高。
Several kinds of Ti-charged catalysts were prepared from the corresponding raw materials by TiCl4 gas-solid method, and their catalytic performances were also investigated by epoxidation of allyl chloride. Although titanium is found to exist in each catalyst, only the sample prepared from HZSM-5 has catalytic activity in epoxidation. The further studies showed that acid-pretreatment of HZSM-5 has little effect on their catalytic activity. However, the SiO2/Al2O3 mole ratio of HZSM-5 and the time of TiCl4 reacts with HZSM-5 are found to be important factors. The activity of Ti-charged HZSM-5 in epoxidation goes down with the decrease of SiO2/Al2O3 mole ratio. The time of gas-solid reaction also influences the activity : the activity increases in the first 14 h, and reaches a maximum at 16 h, then decreases.
