摘要
以5-氨基四唑(5-AT)为起始原料经过两步反应合成了偶氮四唑类高氮含能化合物--偶氮四唑三氨基胍盐(TAGZT).第一步反应,在氢氧化钠水溶液中5-AT被高锰酸钾氧化生成偶氮四唑钠盐五水化合物(SZT·5H2O),产率75.6%;第二步反应,SZT·5H2O在水溶液中与三氨基胍硝酸盐发生离子置换反应得TAGZT,产率73.3%(m.p.196 ℃~197 ℃),其结构经1H NMR, 13C NMR, FT-IR和元素分析表征.
The synthesis of high-nitrogen energetic materials bis-(triaminoguanidinium) -5,5'-azotetrazolate(TAGZT) from starting material 5-aminotetrazole(5-AT) by a novel method only in two steps was investigated. (1) Sodium-5, 5'-azotetrazolate pentahydrate( SZT · 5H2O) was synthesized by oxidizing 5-AT with potassium permanganate in 15% aqueous sodium hydroxide in yield of 75.6%. (2) The cation replacement between SZT · 5H2O and triaminoguanidinium nitrate (TAGN) gave TAGZT, with the yield of 73.3% (m. p. 196 ℃-197℃ ). The structure of TAGZT crystal was characterized by 1^H NMR and 13^C NMR, FT-IR and elemental analysis.
