摘要
21世纪的今天,合作是最基本的素质。从事聋儿听力语言康复训练的教师也需要“合作精神”,要和听力技师、机构中的其他教师、家长、普通学校的教师很好地合作,形成教育合力,共同提高孩子们的康复训练效果,为他们最终融入社会打好基础。
In the deaf education, team working is essential to the success. Hearing and speech rehabilitation teachers for hearing-impaired children are members of a multidisciplinary team that consists of other professionals, such as audiologists, special education teachers, medical professionals and parents. This paper discussed how the team spirit inspired the cause of deaf education and factors that were worth understanding.
