摘要
从热力学角度和生产实际出发,分析了As,Sb和Bi在钢电解液中的形态以及电解液酸度,H2S分压,Cu2+,Ni2+的存在等对硫化沉淀法净化钢电解液的影响.结果表明,由于铜电解液有一定酸度,硫化沉淀法能将电解液中的As,Sb,Bi充分除去;同时,解决了杂质闭路循环问题,对后续Ni的回收效果不产生影响.因而,硫化沉淀法是一种很有前途的净液方法.
The oxidation state of arsenic, antimony and bismuth in the copper electrolyte is analysed based on thermodynamics and plant practice. The effect of PH of electroloyte, pressure of H,S, and existing of Cu2+, Ni2+ on the process to purify the spent copper electrolyte by sulfide precipitation method is analysed, too. The tests show that, under the acidity of the electrolyte, arsenic, antimony and bismuth in the electrolyte can be removed thoroughly bysulfide precipitation method, and the problem of the impurity circulation is avoided. So the sulfide precipitation is a good method to replace today's electrolysis method.
