摘要
进行了针叶木深化脱木素连续蒸煮与无氯漂白的研究。深化脱木素连续蒸煮提高了蒸煮选择性,制得卡伯值较低、粘度较高的纸浆。使用氧、臭氧等无氯漂白剂,针叶木硫酸盐浆可以漂到90%ISO白度并具有良好的强度性质,其关键是采用深化脱木素技术制备未漂浆。
Extended modified continuous cooking (EMCC) of softwoods,followed by elemental-chlorine-free (ECF) and total-chlorine-free (TCF) bleaching was studied in the laboratory. Compared to the conventional kraft(CK) process, EMCC cooking increased pulping selectivity,producing brownstocks with a lower Kappa number and a higher pulp viscosity. The low-kappa,high-viscosity EMCC pulps were found to be suitable with ECF and TCF bleaching for the production of a market-grade softwood pulp with 90%ISO brightness and good strength properties. Results from this study show that obtaining a strong brownstock with a low Kappa number by modified cooking is one of the keys to achieving high pulp brightness and strength in TCF bleaching.
