出血性脑静脉性血管瘤的MR与CAG对比分析

摘要 目的:探讨MR与脑血管造影(cerebralangiography,CAG)对于出血性脑静脉性血管瘤(cerebralvenousangioma,CVA)的诊断价值差异。方法:回顾性对比分析14例伴有出血的脑静脉性血管畸形MR平扫及增强信号特点,并与CAG对照,比较两种方法反映病灶的准确性和全面性。结果:经MR检查显示14例静脉性血管瘤患者均伴有不同时期出血或血肿,其中CVA合并海绵状血管瘤8例,CVA合并动静脉畸形(arteriovenousmalformation,AVM)1例。经CAG检查14例患者中有12例显示有CVA,其中合并AVM1例,但均未能显示合并有海绵状血管瘤、出血或血肿征象;2例CAG为阴性。结论:对于复杂性CVA(特别是合并有海绵状血管瘤、出血或血肿时),MR比CAG对反映出病变具有更高的准确性和全面性。
