摘要
目的通过观察参附注射液对甲状腺机能减退症(甲减)肾阳虚小鼠血清甲状腺激素的影响,从而探讨其作用机制。方法用他巴唑制备甲减肾阳虚小鼠模型,用放射免疫法测定小鼠血清T3、T4、TSH的浓度。结果模型组小鼠血清T3、T4浓度均降低,TSH浓度升高,其死亡率较空白组和治疗组高,而体重则比对照组和治疗组低;造模后接受参附注射液的治疗组T3、T4浓度明显升高,TSH浓度降低,同时治疗组死亡率明显降低,体重明显增加。结论参附注射液能调节他巴唑所致甲减肾阳虚小鼠体内甲状腺激素水平的异常,能显著改善肾阳虚证候。
Objective:To investigate the mechanism through the effect of Shenfu Injection (SI,参附注射液) serum thyroid gland hormone in hypothyroidism of Kidney- Yang Deficiency mice.Methods:To establish Kidney- Yang Deficiency mice model with Thiamazol.To measure T3,T4,TSH concenfration of mice serum with radiaion immunossay.Results:The concentration of T3 and T4 of model group fell.The concentration of TSH rose.The mortality of model group was higher than blank group and treated group,while the weight is contra.The concentration of T3 and T4 of treated group rose evidently.The concentration of TSH fell.At the same time,the mortality of treated group fell evidently,while the weight is contra.Conclusion:SI can improre the Kidney- Yang Deficiency syndrome markedly through regnlating the abnormal thyroid syndrome level of Kidney- Yang Deficiency mice caused by Thiamazol.
