摘要
利用敏感半导体陶瓷的显微物理模型,研究了BaTiO_3基PTC陶瓷材料的电压效应。结果表明,PTC陶瓷材料的电压系数与施主浓度、表面态密度、晶粒尺寸和晶粒尺寸分布等有关。这些结果与已有实验结果相符,它们为PTC陶瓷电压效应的设计与测量提供了理论基础。
Voltage effect of donor-doped semiconducting barium titanate PTC ceramics hasbeen calculated by using a microstructure physical model of sensitive ceramics. The results showthat the voltage coefficient is affected by donor concentration, surface state density, grain size anddistribution. These theoretical results are consistent with the experimental results. They may provide a theoretical basis for designing and measuring the voltage effect of PTC ceramics.
