摘要
本文研究了微波促进杂多酸催化剂催化双氧水氧化环己酮制备己二酸的反应,考察了5种催化剂以及催化刺用量、反应原料、微波辐射功率和辐射时间对己二酸产率的影响。反应的优化条件为:3.5ml 环己酮、0.5g钨酸钠、0.5g 磺基水杨酸、15ml30%双氧水,在微波辐射功率为400W 下反应50min,其产率达72.37%,产物经红外光谱表征。
Hydrogen peroxide oxidation cyclohexanone to adipic acid catalyzed by heteropoly acids under microwave irradiation was studied. The influences kinds of catalysts, amount of catalyst,kinds of reactants,microwave irradiation power and time on yield of product were investigated. Under the optimum reaction conditions(Na4WO12 0.5g, cyclohexanone 3.SmL, 30%H2O2 15ml,sulfosalicylic acid 0.5g, microwave power 400W, irradiation time 3min), the yield of adipic acid was 70.7%.The products were characterized by IR.
