摘要
高校后勤队伍对高校后勤改革起着举足轻重的作用,因此高校必须重视后勤队伍建设。从“源头”即组建后勤队伍、从“发展”即后勤队伍的教育管理、从“领队”即后勤领导班子建设、从“动力”即后勤队伍监督考核机制等角度,结合近几年来后勤社会化改革的实际,分析探索了在推进后勤社会化改革进程中加强高校后勤队伍建设的思路。
college logistical ranks play a decisive role in the reform of college logistic, so colleges must pay attention to the construction of it. From the angle of origin, development, guidance and drive, which is the organization of the logistical rank, the education and management, the construction of the leading group, and the supervision and examine, combined with the actuality of the reform of the logistical socialization in recent year, analyzing and exploring the train of thought of enhancing the construction of college logistical ranks in the reform of stimulating logistic department.
