接收质量限是产品抽样计划中的一个重要参数。本文探讨了GB/T2828.1-2003中AQL的内涵和特点,分析了确定AQL所需要遵循的基本原则,论述了运用过程平均法、参照法、反推法和以产品合格品率等来确定AQL的方法。
As an important parameter in product sampling scheme, acceptance quahty limit is used to search needed sampling project in GB/T 2828.1-2003. In this paper, the connotation and characteristics of AQL are discussed; meanwhile, basic principles that should be followed to confirm AQL value are analyzed. It is important to confirm and choose AQL value in samphng inspection, so some methods are introduced to meet different needs in possible occasions.
