钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石110例 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察经尿道钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石的临床疗效及安全性。方法利用VersapulseSelect钬激光机经输尿管肾镜治疗110例输尿管上段结石病人,并以130例接受气压弹道碎石术的病人作为对照。结果110例输尿管结石患者一次手术结石粉碎率为96.4%(106例),平均结石排净时间2.5周;平均手术时间和术后住院天数分别为22min及2d。术中无输尿管穿孔、撕裂等并发症。而气压弹道碎石组中上述各项指标分别为86.9%3.1周、4.5min和5d,均与钬激光组有明显差异。结论钬激光碎石是治疗泌尿系结石一种安全、有效的腔道泌尿外科碎石方法。 Objective To observe clinical effect and safety of holmium laser lithotrity to remove upper ureteral caculi. Methods 110 patients with upper ureteral caculus were treated with Vensapulse Select holmium laser lithotrity through urethra, and the data were compared with the controls of 130 patients treated with air-pressure trajectory lithotrity. Results The grinding rate of caculus after one lithotrity was 96.4%, and the average time for caculus to discharge from body was 2.5 weeks; the average operating time was 22 minutes; the hospitatization was 2 days. But in the control group, the caculus grinding rate, the avenage time of caculus discharging from the body, the average time of operating and the hospitatization were 89.6%, 3.1 weeks, 4.5 minutes and 5 days respectively. There was significant difference between the experimental and the control group. Conclusion It is safe and effective to remove upper ureteral caculi with holmium laser lithotrity.
