摘要
目前我国大部分城市都相继建立了城市土地收购储备制度。随着我国经济体制改革的不断深化,城市土地收购储备制度在运行中不断出现一些问题,因此,应从创新土地储备运行机构、建立城市土地基金、健全和完善法律体系三个方面来完善我国城市土地收购储备制度。
At present, most cities in our country have set up the reposition system of urban land. With the constant promotion of the economic system reform of our country, the reposition system of urban land met some problems on the course of running. So, we should perfect the reposition system of urban land from three aspects.
