摘要
近年来知名地域品牌被假冒伪劣产品“寄生”,受株连事件屡屡发生,导致许多地域品牌的声誉下降,无形资产流失。其原因何在?本文以“金华火腿”品牌株连危机事件为例,从地域品牌本身特性、立法及管理等方面分析导致地域品牌株连危机的原因。
The famous local brands are “parasitized” by fake goods and such cases infringed often take place, which.make the local brands' reputation down and the invisible assets lost. What are the reasons? Taking the Crisis of “Jinhua Ham” brand infringed for example, the paper analyzes the reasons from many aspects such as the character of local brand itself, the management, the legislation and so on.
