摘要
党的十六大提出全面建设小康社会。进一步推动西部大开发的战略。就我省而言,关键是怎样把我省沉重的人口负担转变为人力资源优势,需要关注学龄人口的教育问题。本文通过分析我省教育资源配置状况,提出了未来我省教育发展的政策选择。
It is put forward in the 16th plermary of the Party to build a comfortable society all sidedly and promote the strategy of developing west China. The key is how to change the heavy burden of population in our province into the advantage of man-power resources, and we should pay attention to the problem of education of children of school age. This article gives the policy choice for the future educational development through the analysis of the disposition of educational resources in our province.
