摘要
详细介绍了一种由单片机控制智能晶闸管模块(ITPM)和电力电子器件GTO实现可通信智能型充电机的硬件、软件及电路结构设计的方案,利用87XC51双单片机进行编程控制,采用充电、停充、放电、停放、充电循环控制和去极化电压,实现快速充电节能,结果表明,该充电机具有较好的充电性能,利用由单片机控制GTO通断,实现对UPS和直流负载的供电控制,该装置提高了船舶电力系统的可靠性和自动化程度,具有实用性。
A communication-capable and intelligent DC-chargers composed of ITPM ( Intelligent Thyristor Power Module) and GTO of power electronic eguipment and controlled by singlechip, is introduced, and its hardware, software and circuit structure are described. The scheme realiges fast and energy-saving charging wich the aid of programmcble control of 87XC51, cgclic control of charging-stopping charging-discharging-stopping discharging, and depolariged voltage. The results show that this charger base good charging capability. GTO's on and off is controlled with single-chipprocessor to the power supply control UPS and DC load. This device improves the reliabilitg of marine electric power system and automatic degree.
