摘要
从整体的、概率的角度,建立了梳脱式联合收获机典型的切向喂入轴流式复脱分离装置的数学模型,并进行了仿真分析。在自行研制的复脱分离性能试验台上,对水稻梳脱混合物进行了复脱分离性能试验,试验结果与仿真研究相一致,验证了模型的正确性。
On the proper assumptions, a mathematical modeling process of the typical axial-flowing rethreshing separation unit with agential feeding within the stripping combine harvester was discussed from the views of comprehension and possibility, and the process simulation was made. At the same time, on a self-designed test equipment, the experiments of the rethreshing separation performance were conducted for the stripped rice mixtures. The test result agreed well with that from the simulation, which verifies the mathematical models of the rethreshing separation unit.
