摘要
通过改变溶剂的极性、离子性、离去基团的活性及反应温度等方法,对传统的Pedersen冠醚合成法进行了优化,使目标产物的最高产率达到71%以上。产物通过IR、1HNMR及元素分析等方法进行结构表征。
The traditional synthesis of crown ether was optimized solvent,activity of leaving group and temperature. The best yield characterized by IR, ^1H-NMR and element analysis. by changing can be over polar and ionic properties of the 71%. The aimed compound was characterized by IR,^1H-NMR and element analysis.
