摘要
在输送酸性油气时,金属管还内壁接触H2S和CO2,造成内壁的硫化氢应力腐蚀。由于金属管道保护涂层老化等原因出现局部损伤,钢管外壁与土壤和地下水接触,因而也经常产生在不同介质下的应力腐蚀。影响管道应力腐蚀有多种因素,其中包括介质类型和浓度、腐蚀溶液中的pH值、发生应力腐蚀的电位范围、温度以及管道材料的强度和硬度等。
In transferring acidity oil-gas, metal pipeline contacts with H2S and CO2, it causes hydrogen sulphide stress corrosion on pipelines' internal wall.Because of ageing on protection coating of metal pipeline etc, part damage occures. Because outside wall bf pipeline contacts with soil and ground water, stress corrosion under various mediums also occures frequently. There are many elements which affect pipeline's stress corrosion. They includes type and consistency of mediums,pH value in corrosion solution,potential range in which stress corrosion occures,temperature and intensity and hardness of pipeline material etc.
