复合添加剂在新戊基多元醇酯中极压抗磨特性的研究 被引量:3

摘要 考察了在新戊基多元醇酯(DHJ-100)中分别加入不同质量分数的HL-343与国际名牌H itec-343、Mob il-2523种复剂的极压抗磨性,初步探讨了添加剂的作用机理。结果表明,国产的HL-343复剂最大无卡咬负荷、烧结负荷都较高,低载长磨磨斑小、痕迹轻,主要原因是由于复剂在摩擦中游离出的活性磷元素生成了抗剪切强度很低的薄膜,减少了摩擦磨损。国产HL-343综合抗磨性能优于两种进口高性能添加剂H itec-343和Mob il-252,HL-343复剂完全可以取代进口同类产品。 Performances of extreme pressure and anti-wear of HL-343 and international reputed Hitec-343, Mobil-252 respective adding different quality percentage in DHJ-100 were investigated, the action mechanism of additive agent was researched. The results indicate that PB value and PD value of mixed agent made in China are higher, the wear scar is small in low load and long-time wear. The main reason is that living-P, dissolving from the mixed additive agent under friction, formes the film of the low resistance shear strength, so reduces friction and wear. The experiments show that comprehensive anti-wear performance of HL-343 is better than that of Hitec-343 and Mobil-252, meanwhile HL-343 can take the place of import same production completely.
