摘要
介绍了一种新的流体动力润滑旋转密封———Kalsi密封;分析了其几何形状、密封特性及密封机理;并介绍了其在石油机械中的应用。由于唇部采用了波形曲线设计,Kalsi密封在苛刻的密封环境(如高压、磨砺性介质、转轴的急剧窜动摆动等)下具有良好的密封性能,为解决钻采机械中的高速、高压旋转动密封提供了可靠的解决办法。
A new kind of rotating seals for hydrodynamic lubrication, Kalsi seal was introduced. Its geometric shape, sealing characteristics and sealing mechanism were analyzed, and its application in the field of petroleum machinery was introduced. With waves curve design in lips, Kalsi seal has the good seal capacities in the rigorous situations such as high pressure, abrasive medium and shaft' s swinging and moving suddenly. It provided a reliable solution for high speed, high pressure rotating sealing of drilling machinery.
