摘要
目的观察在大鼠前列腺非细菌性炎性刺激时膀胱功能的尿动力学影响。方法成年Wistar雄性大鼠36只,分为实验组(24只)和对照组(12只),分别用5%的甲醛和生理盐水0.1ml刺激前列腺组织,2min后行充盈性膀胱压力测定。结果①甲醛对大鼠前列腺所造成的非细菌性炎性刺激可以使膀胱基础压和排尿前压增加,膀胱容积和顺应性降低,排尿性收缩抑制,与刺激前相比,差异显著(P<0.01);在膀胱充盈期70.83%(17/24)的大鼠出现不稳定性收缩。而对照组生理盐水刺激前后以上的尿动力学指标无显著变化(P>0.05),在膀胱充盈期仅16.67%(2/12)出现轻度不稳定收缩。②实验组与对照组刺激前各尿动力学指标结果间比较无显著差异(P>0.05),而刺激后两组间各结果差异显著(P<0.01)。结论大鼠前列腺在受到炎性刺激时可以引起膀胱功能的改变,其机制需进行深入研究。
Objective To investigate the bladder function alterations after nonbacterial inflammatory stimulation to prostate measured by the urodynamic method in rats. Methods A total of 36 adult male Wistar rats were randomly assigned to stimulate the prostates with 0.1 ml of 5% formalin (n = 24) or saline (n = 12 ), and 2 min later the filling cystometry was performed. Results As compared with that before stimulation, of the formalin stimulation group, the basic pressure and pre-micturition pressure increased considerably ( P 〈 0.01 ) , vesical volume and vesical compliance lowered significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ), micturition contractions were inhibited, and 70.83% rats occurred instable contractions at filling. In control group, these urodynamic indexes were not significantly changed (P 〉0.05), and low-grade instable contractions occurred in only 16.67% rats at filling. In the rats before stimulation, the difference of urodynamic indexes was of no significance (P 〉 0.05) , but changed to be significant after stimulation in the rats stimulated respectively with formalin and saline (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The inflammatory stimulus to prostate could cause bladder function changes in rats, but the underlying mechanism need to be further studied.
