摘要
锦州石化公司催化裂化装置采用的浮头式油浆蒸汽发生器,投用一年多(在其设计寿命之内)就发生失效。其失效形式表现为蒸汽发生器管板大面积开裂。从汽液两相流的不稳定性和旋涡脱落特性两方面分析管板开裂的原因,如两相流的基本参数的计算、两相流的静力学不稳定性和动力学不稳定性分析,两相流不稳定性的后果、旋涡脱落特性分析、错列管束上的两相流体作用力分析.找出蒸汽发生器浮头管板开裂的原因,并提出相应的改进方案。
The steam generator of FCC unit in Jinzhou Petrochemical Company is head-floating steam generator and its tube sheet cracked after it was put into use more than a year. The cause of cracking on tube sheet is analyzed based on the imbalance and vortex separation character of gas-liquid two-phase flow, such as calculation of basic parameters, and analysis of statics and kinetic imbalance, vortex separation character, and the two-phase flow acting force on staggered tube bundles. The cause of cracking is found out and the countermeasures are proposed.
