摘要 目的探讨超级伽玛刀治疗全身各部位肿瘤的特点及疗效.方法在立体定向精确定位下,使用超级伽玛刀特有的绕人体轴360°旋转、拉弧式照射方式及三维适形放射治疗(Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy,3DCRT)技术,对全身各部位的肿瘤进行治疗.肿瘤直径积<2.5cm3的给予一次照射,肿瘤体积>2.5cm3的行多次分割照射. 结果本组98例治疗后,无明显不良反应.随访后见肿瘤消失或缩小,仅见2例稍有增大,随访时间2.5~ 6个月. 结论超级伽玛刀在各类型的伽玛刀中,其独具的照射方式和三维适形放射治疗优势,可以很方便地治疗其他伽玛刀难以照射的部位,最大限度地保护正常组织,保证高精确度,显著提高疗效. Objective To explore the character and effect of super gamma-knife radiosurgery for treating general tumour. Methods Ninety-eight turnouts in different system were treated by accuracy stereotactic localized, 360°revolving, three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy. Single radiotherapy was used for turnout 〈2.5cm in diameter, while fractionated stereotactic radiosurgery was used for turnout 〉2.5mm in diameter. Results There were not side-effects in 98 cases. The turnout became small or disappear and only one grew larger during 2.5-6 months follow-up. Conclusion The super gamma-knife radiosurgery is a good way to treat general tumour. The specific radiosurgery and the advantage of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy can be convenient to avoid the damage in deeper place ,and increase therapeutil efficacy.
