摘要
采用AODAC、AA和AS为原料,以水为溶剂,用氧化-还原体系引发,合成了一种两性离子型共聚物泥浆降粘剂,探索了产品收率及降粘效果对合成条件的依赖性并初步评价了合成产物在几件泥浆中的降粘效果。此产品的收率及在泥浆中的降粘效果对合成条件具有较强的依赖性。此产品作为泥浆降粘剂,抗温、搞盐钙污染能力强,且具有一定的抑制页岩水化分散能力。
The synthesis of acryloyloxyethyldimethylammonium chloride /acrylic arid/sodium allylsulfonate (AODAC/ AA / AS)copolymer by an aqueous solution copolymerzation process is conducted to prepare an effective thinner for drilling fluids. In various(bentonite. bentonite/anionic polymer and bentonite/amphoteric polymer) muds, the coplymer synthesized with the established reaction variables has excellent thinning effect,is tolerent t0 NaCl (up to 30%) and CaCl_2 (up to 2%), heat resistant in rolling at 150℃ for 16 hrs,and inhibitory as assessed in cuttings recovery tests.
