摘要
对海洋平台用钢焊接接头断裂韧性概率特性进行了试验研究,测定了5种温度下A131钢焊接接头临界CTOD值的统计特征多数,应用最小二乘法和K-S检验法证实不同温度下临界CTOD值均服从Weibull分布,并估计了相应的分布参数.在此基础上,首次获得A131钢焊接接头P-T-δc曲线,这为海洋结构缺陷评定和断裂安全可靠性分析提供了基础数据.
The paper investigated the probabilistic propertics for fracture toughness of offshore steel welded joint at temperatures of 26、 0、-20.-40 and 60℃ by experiment.Based on experiment data. it may be proved by statistical method that critical CTOD of A131 steel welded joint under different temperatures can be described by Weibull distribution. Their distribution parameters are also obtained. The P-T-δc curves are established to describe the relationship among three parameters of CTOD, temperature and probability. These results are very useful for fracture reliabillty analysis and flaw assessment of offshore structure.
