摘要
对“物化方案”设计作了介绍,探讨了前期概念设计相关要素的控制,有效利用城市土地资源,更加完善衔接规划与建筑单体设计的内容,并就设计策略提出一些建议。
The control of the elements related to prior conceptual design is discussed. In order to effectively utilize urban land resources and realize the coordination between planning and single architecture design some suggestions are presented.
