昆虫病原线虫研究的历史现状及其发展应用动力 被引量:16

摘要 根据昆虫病原线虫研究现状及其发展速度、研究方法和取得的主要成就,将其发展史大致分为三个阶段:初级探索阶段、传统研究阶段和现代分子学研究阶段,并对每个阶段取得的主要成就作了简要介绍。同时对昆虫病原线虫的发展动力作了分析,并展望了昆虫病原线虫在害虫生物防治中的发展前景。 Based on the present condition, using methods and achievements of entomopathgenic nematodes(EPN),its history was approximately divided into 3 periods: elementary search period, traditional study period and modern molecular investigation period, and a brief explain on achievement acquired during each period was put forward. In addition, the developing force of EPN was anayzed,and the application prospect of EPN in the insect pests bioeontrol was foreasted.
