摘要
以丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺为单体,过硫酸钾为引发剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用水浴阶梯升温共聚合成耐盐性树脂,通过正交试验分析,研究了单体配比n(AM)∶n(AA),反应温度[T],单体中和度[N]等因素对产物性能的影响,确定了最佳反应条件使得吸蒸馏水,0.9%生理盐水,最大吸液倍率分别为3694g/g,174g/g。
A super water-absorben resin was synthesized from the sodium solt of acrylic acid with aerylamide as comonomer. This test used K2S2O8 as initator, N, N-methylenebisacrylamide as crosslinking agent, by means of stepby-step water temperature rising polymerization. The effects of the n( AM ) :n( AA), water bath temperature, neutralization content, on the characteristics of products were investigated. The best polymerization condition, such as water-absorbency (3649g/g) , salt solution ( 0.9 % NaCl ) -absorbency (174g/g) were abtained.
