摘要
介绍了专家系统的设计原理、思路、总体框架和子系统的结构及作用,重点介绍了计算子系统的内容。该专家系统采用神经网络和模糊技术,由计算、检索、查询、分析4个子系统集成,各子系统间既相互独立又通过逻辑链接构成统一完整的系统。其特点:计算子系统包括配比计算、性能预测和环境评价3个模块,可以结合环境负荷因子和性能预测结果进行多组分配料体系设计,对水泥工业的实验研究和生产具有重要作用。
In this paper, the design idea and overall framework of this expert system was introduced. At the same time, the function and content of its subsystems were also discussed. The expert system was designed by adopting the knowledge of neural network and fuzzy technology, which consisted of the separate subsystems including calculation, search, inquiry and analysis, but all these subsystems constituted one harmonious and integrated expert system by logic chaining. Its characteristic: its key was calculation subsystem, which included three pieces of module, components match, performance prediction and environmental evaluation. This expert system can be used to assign polycomponenet cement system by the result of environmental evaluation and performance predict in research and production of cement industry.
