摘要
采用复应力函数理论和离散化数值解法相结合的方法,求解了拉伸载荷下局部加强裂纹板的应力强度因子,对结构的止裂性能进行了分析。通过对加强复板与裂纹板之间的横向和纵向剪切应力的大小和分布进行分析计算,研究了加强复板对裂纹的止裂机理,沿复板方向分布的纵向剪切应力在结构止裂中起主要作用。
Based on the complex function method, the stress intensity factors for a cracked plate reinforced locally subjected to remote normal stress were calculated by using the discretization method. The efficiency of the stiffeners for retarding the crack propagation was evaluated in this condition. The variation of the shear stress including transverse shear stress and longitudinal shear stress at the plate-stiffener interface were presented. The influence of the stiffener location and stiffener length on stress intensity factor was included. Case studies showed that the stress intensity factor was reduced significantly when the stiffeners closed to the tip of crack. The stiffener longitudinal stiffne.ss plays a significant role in the reduction of stress intensity factor.
