摘要
应用局部注射高渗NaCl与PDT联合治疗小鼠前胃癌移植瘤,观察治疗后1,6和24h的瘤组织形态学变化。结果表明,PDT或(和)局部注射高渗Nacl后,均造成瘤细胞膜结构损伤及瘤组织充血、出血、血栓形成等病理改变。其中联合治疗后相应各时间的瘤组织病变程度较单纯治疗组更为明显。提示,肿瘤局部注射高渗Nacl溶液可能主要加重瘤组织微循环障碍和瘤细胞膜性结构损伤两个方面协同PDT增强了局部治癌效果。
Transplanted mice forestomach carcinomas were treated by PDT or/and LIHS. The tumorous morphologic changes were observed 1,6,24hours after the treatment.After PDT or/and LIHS, tumorous tissue displayed membranous damage of tumor cells, marked congestion, hemorrhage or thrombosis, etc. In the group of combined treatment, the changes of tumorous tissue were more remarkable. These results suggest that combination of PDT and LIHS can enhance the therapeutic effect of PDT for the carcinoma, and the 2 modalities are synergistic in causing impairment of local microcirculation and damages of membranous structures of the tumor.The synergistic effects were caused by that both modalities interfere with vascularity of the tumor, and alos damage cellular membranes.
