摘要
大国成长既有特殊性要求,也有普遍性要求,后者要求我们有必要深入研究大国成长与国际社会的关系,这是因为国际社会是大国成长的基本社会背景,大国本身就是国际社会互动的产物,国际社会公共物品的主要提供者,部分地扮演着国际社会的组织者角色,此外,大国必须具备较好的国际形象,是国际社会的规范与道德的基本载体。
As conditions of the growth of big powers there are both specific requirements general requirements. The latter demand close studies of the relation between the growth of the country in question and international society. This is because the international society is the basic social background for the country to develop, and the power itself is the consequence of the inter- action of different countries in the world. Powers are usually the main suppliers of the common goods for the world, and often play partly a role of organizers in world affairs. In addition, powers are to demonstrate good international images, performing the role of the norm and representing a moral model to the world.
