摘要
黄酒是世界上迄今为至最古老的酒种，酒文化内容深厚，因此，黄酒包装所用的陶土烧制的古朴容器在史书上和古装电视中经常可见，就是现在全国各地的黄酒酿造企业仍保留着用大坛贮存原酒的工艺，这个酿酒的工艺可以说是世界酿酒史上的一个经典。
Yellow wine may produce “warm turbidity” phenomena when filling bottles with mechanization pipeline, which severely affect product quality. The reason is mechanization pipeline process with defect, prevention and control measures include water cooling measure, air cooling measure and nature cooling measure.
