摘要
本文介绍了NT—PC(Niti—Patellar Concentrator)的结构、生物力学特性、手术方法与临床4023例的应用体会.NT—PC含Ni50.3~51.8at%,具有1~2、2~3个髌底、髌尖枝钩和1个腰部,回复温度30±2℃.利用它与髌骨的弧差,皮温驱之从5~9个方向将碎骨聚合于解剖位直至愈合.用环氧树脂模拟实用状态的髌骨模型,经光弹多维力学测定:NT—PC以纵向记忆聚合为主,30~40kg;侧向为辅,5~7.5kg.12家医院治疗新鲜骨折4023例,解剖复位率98.36%.术后2.5~20周,平均7.14周,伤膝功能达到健侧水平.
The structures,biomemory mechanical characteristics,operative procedures of NT-PC and its clinical application of 4023 cases were reported. NT-PC contained Ni 50. 8-51. 8 at% with shape recovery temperature at 30 ± 2℃ consists of 1-2 base claws,2 - 3 apes claws and a waist part. It dives correlative radian differences between patellar and NT-PC from 5-9 directions to concentrate the comminuted patella on anatomic position until union under skin temperature. Pragmatic manner was imitated by patellar model of epoxy. Multi-dimensional pho-toelastic mechanics shows that the memory compression mainly comes from the longitudinal concentration 30 -40kg and secondarily from the lateral 5-7. 5kg. NT-PC was empolyed in 4023 cases after injury 1-35 days from 12 hospitals. Anatomic reduction was up to 98. 36%. It turned out that the time needed for the affected knee to bend-stretch as well as the counterpart healthy knee was 2. 5-20 weeks,with a mean of 7. 14 weeks.
